If only these two could talk… But wait, they can! Parrots are extremely intelligent, capable of learning many words and phrases. Some species live very long lives, up to 70 years. And, they mate for life. These two (drawn in the 1970’s) have been together for about 50 years!
Artist’s Thoughts
My parrots don’t strictly follow the appearance of any particular species. I’ve always been attracted to rainbows, so I designed them to incorporate all the colors.
